Restaurant group D&D London has expanded its loyalty programme to include three tiers and benefits that accrue as members rise through the ranks.

Alongside this, the Club D&D programme has also introduced the D&D White Card, which offers “exclusive benefits to a select few, by invitation only”. Restaurants within the group include upscale haunts such as Le Pont de la Tour, Sauterelle and Bluebird Chelsea.

The three tiers include Club Orange, Club Silver and Club Gold, with members reaching Club Orange status after their first two visits to D&D restaurants, and Club Silver once they’ve dined at the group’s restaurants five times in one year. After ten visits in one year, members are invited to join Club Gold.

More exclusive perks and incentives are on offer as members move between tiers, such as Club discounts, events, parties and partnerships with the likes of Workologie (D&D’s workspace scheme in collaboration with Urbanologie). VIP status is incorporated into the final tier.

Marketing director at D&D’s Tiffany Robinson said:

“We’ve operated Club D&D for some two years now, with a focus on looking after our very best customers exceptionally well via invitations to exciting events, both inside and outside our restaurants. We have now decided to develop Club D&D into a broader-based, more-structured loyalty programme.

Our best customers will continue to enjoy the benefits of being in Club D&D, but those benefits will be even greater than before. We therefore hope to attract a much larger number of D&D’s million-plus customers into our Club.”
