Workspace provider Regus is set to open a third business centre in Liverpool.

Expected to open this autumn, the centre will occupy over 929 sqm of the new Mann Island waterfront development, 1 Mann Island, which overlooks Albert Dock.

More than 150 workstations will be on offer, alongside co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms which are bookable by the hour, and over 60 offices.

The centre will be half a mile from Liverpool’s Lime Street railway station and within easy access of the M53 and M62 motorways. It will also be close to the Liverpool One shopping, leisure and residential complex.

UK CEO of Regus Richard Morris said:

“Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world. The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well-connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.

“We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”

Regus currently has two business centres in Liverpool, located in Horton House in Exchange Flags and on Derby Square. An Express hub has also recently opened at Heathrow T2.
