Serviced apartments provider Skyline has announced the opening of a new 45-storey residential tower in Canary Wharf, due this April.

Designed by architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the 450-foot Arena Tower will have 50 apartments, a 24-hour concierge, a gym, a pool and spa, valet parking, and a café and restaurant.

Apartments range in size from 35 sqm executive suite units to one-bedroom 55 sqm apartments, flooded with natural light and designed to maximise space with cantilevered balconies.

Features include oak veneer wooden flooring, adjustable lighting and kitchens designed by Rabih Hage, plus Smeg appliances.

Commenting on the new tower, CEO of Skyline Thiago Hahn said:

“Skyline’s involvement in such a prestigious project as the Arena Tower development is indicative of our company’s commitment to becoming a major force in its field while continuing to offer the finest choice of serviced apartment options to our clients and potential clients. The stylish and highly desirable units in this bold new building are a clear indicator of our desire to be the future of high quality corporate accommodation.”

Skyline has properties across Canary Wharf – in Lincoln Plaza, Charrington Tower, and on Pepper Street.
