InterContinental Hotels Group has opened its first Holiday Inn in West Bengal. Kolkata-based real estate company The Jain Group has partnered with InterContinental Hotels Group to open Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport. Situated five km away from the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, the hotel is in close proximity to IT centres and Salt Lake City.
With 137 guest-rooms and 16 suites, the hotel is offering an “Opening Offer” starting at a flat rate of ₹5,000 for a one-night stay inclusive of breakfast.
The swimming pool will be in service for guests starting from March 31.
“We are very happy to partner with IHG and announce the opening of Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport,” says Shrayans Jain, vice chairman of Jain Group.
The Jain Group and IHG plan to open two new properties in Siliguri and Durgapur.
