Hyatt has opened its second Hyatt Place hotel close to Heathrow airport.

A renovation of the former Heathrow Hotel Bath Road, the 350-room hotel is a five-minute drive from Terminals 2 and 3.

The hotel, which is under the management of Cycas Hospitality, includes a 24/7 Gallery Market, a Coffee to Cocktails Bar, a 24-hour gym and free wifi. Rooms feature workdesks and 42-inch HD TVs.

Peter Fulton, group president, Europe, Africa and Middle East and Southwest Asia for Hyatt, said: “The opening of this hotel marks a significant milestone for Hyatt as the Hyatt Place brand continues to expand worldwide and offer more choices to our guests in key gateway cities like London.”

The property joins Hyatt Place London Heathrow Hayes, located on Uxbridge Road.

Other hotels in Europe include Hyatt Place Jermuk and Hyatt Place Yerevan, both in Armenia, and Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport.
