The Serviced Apartment Company (SACO) has unveiled a new communal space at the group’s latest aparthotel, The Cannon, which opened in April.
From last week The Lounge is open 24 hours a day, offering an informal space for guests to work and relax in, with a fireplace, sofas, complimentary tea and coffee, a library and a communal worktable.
The aparthotel has 47 one bedroom apartments and 30 studios which feature 43” Smart HD flat screens and Apple TV boxes, multi-socket plugs with integrated USB ports, free wifi and kitchens.
Located in London's east end, The Cannon is within walking distance of St Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London and The Bank of England. From 2017, guests will be able to use a SACO app to check in, open apartment doors and access local information.
