Conrad Hotels and Resorts, the luxury brand of Hilton Worldwide, has opened its first Indian property in Pune.

The hotel is owned by Palm Grove Beach Hotels (a subsidiary of K Raheja Construction Group) and managed by Hilton Worldwide.

Situated on Mangaldas Road close to Pune’s commercial hub in Koregaon Park, the 310-room property features six dining outlets, spa facilities and a 557 sqm ballroom.

Room sizes range from 41 sqm to 163 sqm, and the hotel features 20 suites.

 

“The introduction of the Conrad brand in India marks a significant milestone for the brand’s expansion in South Asia,” said Amit Midha, general manager, Conrad Pune.

“Pune enjoys a robust demand for high-end hospitality from affluent travellers from around the globe, and we are positioned to cater to the needs of the new generation of smart luxury travellers,”

Hilton Worldwide currently operates 15 hotels and resorts in 11 cities across India. Five of the group’s 13 brands are currently represented in the country: Hilton Hotels and Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton and now Conrad.
