Rotana has opened the Downtown Rotana in Manama, Bahrain.
Located in the financial district of Manama around 20 minutes' drive from the airport, Downtown Rotana features a rooftop pool with views of the city.
Guest rooms feature the Rotana signature bed, a 48-inch TV, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes and 24-hour in room dining and mini bar.
The Bodylines Fitness and Wellness Club offers a gym, sauna, spa bath and dance studio for classes and personal training.
Dining options include Flavours on 2 with an international menu, and Teatro Downtown which offers Japanese, Chinese, Asian, Indian and Italian cuisine and features a sushi bar and pizza oven. Both restaurants feature open kitchens with live cooking stations.
Rotana announced plans for expansion into India last year (see news November 2015), and aims to operate at least 100 hotels by 2020 throughout all major cities in the Middle East, South Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.
