Ryanair has announced its first services to Toulouse Blagnac airport, including a new daily route from London Stansted.
The low-cost carrier will offer a total of seven new routes to and from the French airport starting this November.
These include a twice-daily service to Madrid, daily flights to Brussels and London, four times-weekly flights to Berlin, and twice-weekly services to Fez, Malta and Warsaw.
Nicknamed "la Ville Rose" ("the Pink City") for its architecture of pinkish terracota bricks, Toulouse is the capital of the southwestern French department of Haute-Garonne, and is home to the headquarters of the Airbus Group.
Rival low-cost carrier Easyjet flies from London’s Gatwick airport to Toulouse, while BA serves the French city from London Heathrow.
