Aeromexico will further increase the frequency of its flights between Heathrow and Mexico City from June this year.

The carrier had previously announced its intention to run a five times-weekly service between the two, but has now unveiled plans for a six times-weekly service which will run for three months.

The new service will depart from London Heathrow on Sundays, and Mexico City on Saturdays. Established services leave London on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and Mexico City on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The route is operated by the carrier’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which was added to the route early last year, and features 32 fully-flat business class seats (pictured above) improved cabin pressurisation, and LED lighting to reduce jet lag.

Aeromexico took delivery of its ninth Dreamliner last year, of a total of 19 on order, and carries more than 400,000 passengers every year.
