Apex Hotels has opened its ninth UK property in Glasgow.
The 104-room Apex City of Glasgow is located in the city centre on Bath Street.
Some £10.5 million was spent on fitting out the four-star hotel, which has free high-speed wifi throughout.
Its guestrooms, which include five duplex suites, come with king-sized beds, complimentary local phone calls, LED televisions (from 40 inches), air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
The hotel lounge doubles as a place to eat and work, serving food from 0630 until 2200. Room service is also available 24 hours a day.
There are no meeting venues or fitness facilities.

Helen Gallagher, general manager of Apex City of Glasgow, said: "The Glasgow market continues to boom following the success of last year's summer of sport [so] it made perfect sense to us choose the city for our newest hotel."
She added: "We've created a stylish hotel that offers everything you'd expect from four star accommodation and more – we know that it's the little things that can make a big difference to a guest's stay and that's why we offer extras like free local calls and Sky in every room as standard."
