Langham Hospitality Group has partnered with Dubai-based private real-estate development group, Omniyat, to introduce Langham Place Downtown Dubai. The US$273 million project will comprise a five-star luxury hotel with 167 rooms and 271 serviced apartments when it opens in 2018.
Centrally located, the new hotel and serviced residence complex will have easy access to a number of key business districts such as Business Bay, Dubai World Trade Centre, and the Dubai International Finance Centre. The hotel will also offer spectacular views of Dubai’s Water Canal, and Burj Khalifa – the tallest tower in the world.
Langham Place Downtown Dubai will feature four food and beverage outlets, including a specialty restaurant, a rooftop bar and lounge, and a salon that will serve the brand’s signature afternoon tea.
Guests will be able to enjoy Langham’s signature spa Chuan Body and Soul, offering therapies based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
The hotel will also offer more than 400sqm of event space for corporate and social functions.
