Langham launches SME loyalty scheme

Langham Hospitality Group has launched a corporate rates programme for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Optimum Programme is designed to reward firms that book between 20 to 50 room nights each year.

Following enrolment, benefits of membership include exclusive rates; preferential rates for Langham Club Room and Suite accommodation; a dedicated sales representative for each firm; and airline partner miles accrual for all travellers in the company.

Simon Manning, vice president of sales and marketing, said: "We understand that in today's dynamic and competitive business environment, SMEs need to strive to maximise and provide optimum value for every dollar spent.

"Langham has specifically created the Optimum Programme to provide these SME businesses that usually do not have the volume to qualify for the preferential rates, can now enjoy benefits and corporates rates when they stay with us."

All travellers of each Optimum member firm will be invited to enrol as a Gateway member of Langham's 1865 loyalty programme.
