Marriott International has opened an Autograph Collection hotel in Dresden.
The 97-room Gewandhaus Dresden is the boutique brand's second property in Germany, joining Hotel am Steinplatz in Berlin (see news, March 2013).

Meatery Bar & Restaurant
The hotel, which was originally a cloth-making centre and dates back to 1768, is located in the centre of the city and has been refurbished.
Facilities include the Meatery Bar & Restaurant, a lobby bar, cake shop, meeting rooms, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and fitness room.
In March, the Kameha Grand Zurich joined the Autograph Collection (see news, February 11).
