TEDA, Tianjin – Marriott Executive Apartments has opened for business, the sixth to open in China.
The new residence is located in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), in the Binhai New Area – about 30 minutes away from the international airport.
TEDA is one of the main free market areas in North China, which makes it a first choice for foreign investment. The fertile economic landscape has been responsible for driving forward the growth of Tianjin over the past three decades.
There are 114 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in the complex, each with a kitchen, satellite TV and free wifi. The apartment also has housekeeping, grocery shopping, room service and on-demand limousine services available.
Twelve multi-function meeting rooms, totalling over 5,900 sqm event space, are available for residents to conduct business meetings, with "gourmet dining" and "meeting butler" add-ons available.
Guests can also use the dining outlets, meeting facilities, 24-hour fitness centre, spa and 25-metre indoor swimming pool at the adjacent Renaissance hotel.
