The Hoxton hotel group will open its third London property in 2018.
The Hoxton, Southwark will be located on Blackfriars Road in an existing office building.
Containing 192 guestrooms over 14 storeys, the property will also feature two restaurants and The Apartment, a meeting and events space.
The Soho House Group will run a ground floor restaurant and a top floor bar.
Sharan Pasricha, the brand's founder and CEO, said: "Southwark is an incredibly exciting part of London. South of the river is where we chose as home for our third London property because we're big fans of the neighbourhood, especially the theatre and food scene and we're looking forward to growing up alongside it."
The Southwark hotel will join the "luxury budget" brand's other London properties in Shoreditch and Holborn. Subscribers can read a review of the latter here.
The group will open a property in Amsterdam, its first outside London, next month (see news, May 15). Further hotels are scheduled to open in Paris and New York, in Williamsburg, in the next two years.
