Ascott to open three new Citadines properties

The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has signed management contracts for its first Citadines Apart’hotels in Vietnam, Sabah, Malaysia and the UAE.

Citadines Regency Saigon

First up on this list is the 200-unit Citadines Regency Saigon, which is slated to open in the vibrant District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City in 2018. Located near the central business district of District 1, it is also close to popular attractions such as the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and War Remnants Museum.

Consisting of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, the serviced residence will also offer a swimming pool, fitness centre, resident-cum-business lounge, breakfast lounge and launderette. In addition, residents can customise their stay with optional services such as courier, babysitting, laundry and dry cleaning.  

Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu

Just a ten-minute drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport will be the Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu ­– expected to open in 2018. The 253-unit serviced residence will be adjacent from an upscale shopping mall and a seafront boardwalk lined with a number of dining options.

Residents can choose from a range of spacious studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments that come with a fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include a swimming pool, children’s play pool, gymnasium, roof garden, lounge and meeting facilities.

Citadines Culture Village Dubai

Finally, there’s the 81-unit Citadines Culture Village Dubai that will open in 2017 in an area posed to become the artistic and cultural hub of Dubai. The property will be surrounded be retail and commercial developments such as schools, art galleries, performing arts centres, museums, restaurants and designer boutiques.

Featuring studios and one-bedroom apartments with attached kitchens, living areas and separate work areas, the serviced residence will offer an array of amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, breakfast lounge, residents’ lounge and internet corner.
