BA launches first and business class sale

26 Feb 2015 by GrahamSmith

British Airways has launched a sale today with flights departing London in its First and Club cabins discounted by up to 65 per cent.

Over 90 routes out of Heathrow, Gatwick and London City are included in the promotion.

Although aimed at leisure travellers, plenty of business routes are also available.

From Heathrow, First passengers flying to Los Angeles can save 65 per cent, while there is a 57 per cent reduction on first class tickets to Newark, and a 60 per cent discount on first class flights to Miami.

Club World passengers departing Heathrow can save between 20 and 24 per cent to: Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Newark, Philadelphia, Johannesburg, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.

To qualify for the discounted rates, passengers must book by midnight on March 10 for travel between March 12 and February 28, 2016.

Stephen Humphreys, BA's head of UK and Ireland sales, said: "Flying with British Airways is all about flying with style, and now more travellers can enjoy the benefits of First and Club flights at great value prices.

"Customers benefit from dedicated airport check-in, extra space on board, a more generous luggage allowance, premium dining and access to the elegant British Airways lounges.

Those travelling in First and Club World can also relax in a fully-flat bed."

Last week, BA On Business announced it is introducing a tier system and moving to a revenue-based model to provide members with "greater flexibility and choice" (see news, February 20).
