The Ascott Limited has opened a new property in Paris. The 112-unit Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris is the company’s second serviced residence under this brand, following last year’s opening of Citadines Suites Louvre Paris.
Located between the world famous Champs-Elysees and Place du Trocadero, Citadines Arc de Triomphe Paris is situated in the heart of the central business district – close to renowned monuments and museums. The serviced residence itself is housed within a 19th century Haussmannian building, with a postmodernist style by celebrated architect Ricardo Bofill.
Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris
Alfred Ong, Ascott’s managing director for Europe, said: “Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris offers luxury living in a serviced residence that combines Parisian elegance with modernity in a prime location. Customers will be spoilt for choice of spacious classic rooms or apartments with separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all within the same building”.
Unit sizes range between 35 to 108sqm, and come in three room categories – classic, superior, and suites. All rooms come with basic kitchens, while those staying in one or two-bedroom apartments also have a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washer dryer.
The Eiffel Tower Suite
The biggest highlight has to be The Eiffel Tower Suite – a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and two bathrooms. In keeping with its namesake, it provides guests with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower itself.
Other facilities for all residents include several comfortable lounges, a 400sqm gymnasium and two Turkish baths. The boardroom can accommodate up to 20 people.
To commemorate the opening of Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris, Ascott is offering special rates starting at €191 (US$216) per night for a 35-sqm Classic room including breakfast. The offer is valid until 31 March 2015
