Easyjet will next year operate three routes from Manchester, Bristol and London Luton airports to Porto.
The budget carrier is opening a new base at the Portuguese airport and will base two A320 aircraft there.
All three routes will run year-round and will operate three-times weekly. Easyjet opened its first base in Portugal in Lisbon in 2012.
Neil Slaven, Easyjet's UK commercial manager, said: "We are delighted to announce Porto as a second airport base for us in Portugal... with connections to business hubs for our growing proportion of business travellers.
"We are continuing to deliver a network of destinations which provide our customers with flexibility and choice, underlining our commitment to both business and leisure passengers alike."
Easyjet will next year launch a direct service between Bristol and Gibraltar (see news, November 5).
