The highly anticipated results for the 2014 Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards were announced today at the annual luncheon held at the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong.
In addition to the usual glitz and glamour, the ceremony featured an interview between Business Traveller Asia-Pacific group editor Reggie Ho and France 24 Beijing bureau chief Baptiste Fallevoz, in which the latter discussed his experience of China and Hong Kong.
Guest of honour Hayden Turner, a reputed television personality and conservationist, also wowed the audience with a witty and entertaining “Pecha Kucha”, a presentation style featuring 20 slides for 20 seconds each, giving the highlights of his career.
Finally to cap off a memorable event, each attendee was given an eco-bag designed by people affected by HIV or Aids who have been helped by the Chi Heng Foundation, which Business Traveller Asia-Pacific has supported for the last eight years.
