Flynas is cancelling its Jeddah to Manchester service just three months after launching the route.
The low-cost Saudi carrier has since early May operated a thrice-weekly A330 service between the two cities (see news, March 11).
But the airline is pulling the route on August 2 — three months to the day after launch.
Instead, Flynas will continue to serve Manchester through a codeshare with Etihad Airways via Abu Dhabi, reports airlineroute.net.
Privately-owned Flynas is an Islamic airline, so no alcohol is available on board.
