Norwegian is launching four new routes from London Gatwick to Grenoble, Salzburg, Madeira and La Palma this winter.
The carrier will also increase the number of weekly flights from LGW to Rome, Larnaca and Lanzarote.
From December 13, Norwegian will operate one weekly flight from Gatwick to both Grenoble and Salzburg. Both services operate on Saturdays.
Starting October 28, the airline will operate a twice-weekly service to Madeira, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and from November 1, it will fly once weekly to La Palma on Saturdays.
Earlier this month, Norwegian vowed to put an end to "unreasonably high" transatlantic air fares as it celebrated the launch of its first flights between London Gatwick and the US (see news, July 4).
The carrier flies twice weekly from Gatwick to Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale and thrice weekly to New York.
