The onboard chocolate is made by Brazilian chef Samantha Aquim with no artificial flavouring or essence. It contains only cocoa mass, cocoa butter and a small amount of sugar.

BA is this month adding its first gourmet burger, the "Flying Burger", to its first class bistro menu (see news, May 29).

In April, the airline began serving traditional fish and chips on some short-haul flights (see news, April 14).
