Luxury serviced apartment property Cheval Three Quays has opened its doors in London.
Located on Lower Thames Street, next to the Tower of London, the nine-floor complex houses 97 serviced apartments available for overnight stays, and 62 extended stay apartments.
They are a mixture of studio, one- two- and three-bedroom units, the smallest being 50 sqm. About two-thirds provide excellent views of the Tower and the River Thames through floor-to-ceiling windows, and most of these have balconies.
Each is attractively furnished with oak-finished floors, sleek Dada kitchens with integrated Siemens appliances, stylish bathrooms and London-themed artworks.
They also come with free wifi, Samsung Smart LED TVs, workdesks, Bose iPod docks and Krups coffee machines.
Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival and five times-weekly maid service.
The property has a 24-hour concierge and a gym. A restaurant and patisserie is expected to open on the ground floor by June.
It’s the seventh property in the capital for operator Cheval Residences (see news, February 2013).
