Carlson Rezidor is to open its first property in the North African country of Algeria.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Algiers Hydra is located in the Hydra Commune district of the Algerian capital, where the majority of foreign embassies, ministries and universities are located.
The 138-room hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2015, and will feature free internet access, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, a wellness and fitness centre, and 380sqm of meeting and conference facilities.
Carlson Rezidor currently has 51 hotels either open or under development across Africa, with 14 of these located in the North African countries of Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.
