Wyndham Hotel Group has debuted its Ramada brand in Singapore with the opening of the Ramada Singapore.
This comes hot on the heels of the opening of the Days Hotel Singapore – also managed by Wyndham Hotel Group – in December last year. Both hotels are part of an integrated development that includes a commercial tower and shopping mall, located at Zhongshan Park – the city’s newest development area.
Ramada Singapore, the third Ramada-branded property in Asia after the second one opened in Beijing two years ago (see story here), has 384 rooms and includes a restaurant, fitness center, swimming pool, business center and ballroom for events. Meanwhile, the three-star Days Hotel Singapore features 405 rooms, a full-service restaurant and a fitness center. Both hotels offer guests free wifi internet access.
These two openings are part of the hotel group’s plans to expand its presence in Asia with the opening of new properties across different market segments and the introduction of new brands (see story here).
