Hyatt has announced plans for a Regency property in Thailand’s capital, joining the existing Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.
The Hyatt Regency Bangkok is scheduled to open in 2017, forming part of a mixed-use property on Sukhumvit Road in the city’s commercial city centre.
The hotel will feature 300 room including 26 suites, as well as a speciality restaurant and bar, a multi-cuisine restaurant, 1,000 sqm of meeting space, and a spa with six treatment rooms, a fitness centre, swimming pool and club lounge.
The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok recently unveiled the first phase of its refurbishment programme, with all rooms and the club lounge being renovated (see online news July 13).
