Hilton Hotels and Resorts has officialy launched the group’s “Hilton Huanying” programme across 51 properties in 13 countries. The programme aims to make Chinese travellers more comfortable when on the road.
As reported earlier (see story here), “Huanying,” which translates to welcome in Chinese, includes front desk staff fluent in Chinese, familiar Chinese foods on their menus, Chinese tea and tea making facilities in the rooms and Chinese-language TV programming.
Participating properties include the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, Hilton London Canary Wharf, London Hilton Park Lake, Millennium Seoul Hilton and Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
The programme also has a dedicated microsite, which enables travellers to see the full list of properties and call the participating hotels directly to request for the Huanying amenities.
