Google has ventured into the travel industry with its own flight schedule tool, enabling users to look up routes and timings of almost all flights around the world.
Users simply have to type in “flights” followed by their origin and destination to find out the total number of flights serving that route in the subsequent week, as well as names of the airlines and schedules.
This new function, however, is not expected to pose as competition to the widespread online websites at this stage since it simply searches flight times and does not offer the ability to book or even plan a multi-sector journey.
Try it out and let us know what you think in the comments box below.
