Ascott’s Somerset Riverview residences in Chengdu’s CBD area has officially opened since soft launching in April.
The property consists of 200 units from studios to duplexes, all featuring fully equipped kitchens, ensuite bathrooms, living and working areas with Wi-Fi internet access and a home entertainment system. To field corporate needs, a business centre offers meeting rooms, secretarial services, while Wi-Fi internet connectivity zones are found throughout the building.
The younger residents can enjoy a playroom, while their parents can engage in activities using the yoga/dance studio, gym, sauna, boxing ring, snooker tables and a rooftop garden with a barbeque corner.
Ascott continues to capitalise on China’s economic fortunes. It unveiled The Ascott Huai Hai Road in Shanghai last month and aims to power up another four properties in China later this year.
