Korean Air has tripled the number of routes using its new Prestige business-class seats and first-class Kosmo Suites.
The new seats will be offered on key long-haul business routes from Seoul to the US, including Los Angeles, Washington DC and Seattle, as well as medium-haul business destinations in Asia such as Beijing, Shanghai, Jakarta and Hong Kong.
Currently four Korean Air planes are equipped with the next-generation premium seats; three B777-300ERs and a newly refurbished B777-200ER. Four more B777-200ERs are scheduled to enter into service by next March, taking to eight the number of aircraft equipped with the new seats.
