Continental moves to T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

27 Jul 2009

Continental Airlines will shift operations from Beijing Capital International Airport’s Terminal 2 (T2) to Terminal 3 (T3) starting July 30. The US carrier has been using T2 for its daily direct Beijing-New York flights for over four years now.

Passengers on this route are to proceed to T3’s Island D where self check-in kiosks will also be available.

According to H C Kwok, Continental country director and chief representative in China, the move would provide passengers “with a brand new look and even higher quality service”.

The carrier also flies direct to New York from Hongkong and Shanghai.
