Qatar Airways has enhanced the website for its Qmiles frequent flyer scheme, enabling members to redeem miles and issue tickets online.
Previously members had to contact the scheme’s call centre to arrange redemption tickets, but these can now be claimed instantly online at qmiles.com. The upgraded site allows members to check availability of award seats, book tickets, pay taxes online, and receive their e-ticket.
The site also allows passengers to combine different classes of travel, and gives those who do not have sufficient miles for their journey the opportunity to purchase additional miles, or to use the part miles part cash option.
