Members can now instantly redeem their Qmiles through booking and issuing their award tickets online at Qmiles.com.
The enhancement allows Privilege Club members to check the availability of award seats for the month of the requested date of travel and for upcoming months. This makes the redemption process faster and more transparent for the customer and offers more options to decide when to travel and redeem Qmiles.
The Qmiles.com site allows customers not only to book, but also to pay taxes online and to receive an e-ticket, which can easily be printed at home or in the office.
Privilege Club members can now choose to redeem their award tickets using part Qmiles and part cash.
