Business trips on Qatar Airways are now twice as rewarding with the worldwide launch of its Qbiz loyalty programme, allowing a company to earn miles when booking a flight even as these same mileage points are being credited to the Privilege Club account of its travelling executive.

Privilege Club is the frequent flyer loyalty programme of Qatar Airways.

“Qbiz is an exciting corporate rewards travel programme developed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses to help them manage their budgets more cost effectively,” said airline CEO Akbar Al Baker.

He added that programme’s trial conducted in Qatar has been very successful.

Companies with limited budget are able to maximise their savings as the accumulated miles can be used to redeem free flights and secure ticket upgrades on Qatar Airways.

To join Qbiz, companies must sign up at the airline website. Once enrolled, they will receive their personalised Qbiz account number and a Qbiz code.

As this corporate loyalty incentive scheme is designed for SMEs, those holding corporate accounts with the airline are not eligible for Qbiz.

Qatar Airways currently flies to 82 destinations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America.
