Located along the southern coastline of Bali, Alila Villas Uluwatu, an all pool villa property under Alila Hotels and Resorts is celebrating its opening by launching a Double Indulgence package. With a minimum requirement of a two-night stay, guests staying at the at the resort be entitled to a complimentary night’s stay for every night booked at the resort from now till July 31.

To celebrate its opening, Fairmont Beijing is offering a promotion from July 1 to September 30. Starting from CNY1,288 (US$188) per night, guests who stay one night at the new 222-room hotel will earn one free night stay. Situated five minutes away from the China World Convention, the new property features a spa, three meeting rooms, 24-hour butler service on each floor, and two restaurants (LUNAR 8 and THE CUT) among other facilities. Fairmont Beijing is now accepting reservations for stays between July 15 and October 18.

Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has launched a “Business Smile Package” for business travellers to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. Available till September 30, this package is priced at THB3,900 (US$114), inclusive of staying in a Superior Room, express check in at the Guest Relations Desk, complimentary in-room internet access, corporate buffer breakfast, daily local English newspaper and complimentary usage of the fitness centre, sauna and steam room among others. In addition, the hotel is giving away 20 return air tickets to Paris (10 couples). Guests are entitled to one lucky draw coupon for every THB2,000 (US$59) spent at any outlet including rooms. This campaign lasts till December 31.

The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong is going green by launching a Green Package till July 31 with rates starting from HK$1,450 (US$187) for a one-night stay in a Superior Room, inclusive of complimentary buffet breakfast at Aspasia and complimentary one-day MTR pass among other benefits. Furthermore, in the name of the room guest, five percent of the Green Package Revenue will be donated to Greenpeace China to fight for environmental protection around the world.

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa which was rebranded in December last year will now have the honour of featuring ‘Shine Spa’, the first Shine Spa for Sheraton. Connected to Sheraton Maldives by an overwater jetty, the new spa is housed on its own island, featuring six spa treatment rooms, Separate Relaxation Pools of male and female guests, stream rooms and a post-treatment Relaxation Room. A brand extension from the Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve will make its debut on Phulay Bay in Krabi, Thailand in 2009. The new property, owned by Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, will feature 54 one-bedroom villas with modern amenities, four restaurants and a spa, including many facilities and a spa café. The company plans to expand the portfolio of Ritz-Carlton Reserve and locations in the pipeline include Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos and The United Arab Emirates.
