Bangkok Airways offers pre-seating service

27 May 2009

Bangkok Airways’ passengers occupying its Business Class – also called “Blue Ribbon Class” – cabin can now opt for the Pre-reserved Seat Service. This convenience is also extended to FlyerBonus Premier cardholders and those purchasing full-fare tickets in Economy Class. It applies to all domestic and international flights.

Entitled customers can select their preferred seat at least 24 hours prior to departure. Requests can be made worldwide when purchasing tickets through travel agents or by contacting Bangkok Airways.

Peter Wiesner, Bangkok Airways’ senior vice-president for marketing, said of this service addition: “We are delighted to go that extra mile to fulfill the needs of our passengers. Our top customers will enjoy the flexibility and convenience as they can pick their own seat every time they fly with Bangkok Airways.”
