Changi Airport plays host to “The Ultimate Racing Sensation” Singapore Grand Prix roadshow until May 24, in a bid to build up excitement for the second Formula One night race from September 25 to 27.
The roadshow kicked off recently at Changi Airport Terminal 3, where two life-sized SingTel racecar simulators and racing game consoles are available for visitors’ use at the Departure Hall until May 7.
A lucky draw will take place on May 29, featuring a pair of Grand Prix bay grandstand tickets each for two airport visitors.
On May 8, the roadshow will be at all four airport terminals. Passengers who spend a minimum of S$15 (US$10) can get a ride on the racing game consoles located at Terminals 1 and 2 from noon to 10pm daily, Terminal 3 from 1.30pm to 11.30pm daily and the Budget Terminal departure lounge from 4pm to 11.30pm daily.
Race time-record breakers stand to win limited-edition Singapore Grand Prix premiums and Changi Airport collectibles, and all participants are encouraged to enter the lucky draw and get to take a complimentary photo souvenir taken against a Formula One backdrop.
