CX and SIA issue ticket guidelines in wake of Thai unrest

Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines have issued special ticketing guidelines in the wake of Thailand’s political unrest.

All cancellation, refund, rebooking and rerouting charges will be waived for Cathay Pacific tickets issued on or before April 13 for travel involving Bangkok until April 19. Meanwhile, Singapore Airlines passengers who are holding confirmed tickets to Bangkok, Chiangmai and Phuket may cancel or rebook on an alternative date at zero cost. All administrative fees, cancellation and rerouting charges will be waived for customers intending to travel to these three destinations between now and April 26.
