United wants to hear from you

6 Mar 2009

Got a gripe? United Airlines would like to hear from their passengers, rewarding them as well with a chance to enter a lucky draw to win 100,000 Mileage Plus Miles.

The three-to-five minute survey on www.ualsurvey.com is only eligible for those who’ve flown United within the past seven days.

According to Michael Stacy, United's general manager sales in Hongkong, the feedback is immediately channeled to the department that is subject of the complaint, and not left to languish in some bureaucratic hole. As these customer comments are taken into consideration during the management performance ratings of these various offices, motivation to deliver exemplary service is great.

Stacy also reminded passengers to include their ticket stub number for easier reference, and they can also indicate if they wish to be contacted for a more detailed explanation of their response.

The website is available in 10 language versions.
