Changi offers phone charging services

9 Dec 2008

Singapore Changi Airport has introduced 10 Free Gadget Chargers kiosks in all its terminals. Terminals 1, 2, and 3 each have three of these kiosks, while the Budget Terminal hosts the 10th.

By using these outlets, users will be able to extend the battery lives of their mobile devices.

Brands of mobile/PDA phones benefiting from this service include Nokia, Motorola, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, O2 as well as Dopod.

Owners of popular electronic products such as the Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) and the Apple iPod can also utilise the facilities.

Each kiosk has lockers to ensure gadgets can be securely charged and users will be given a key for the collection of their belongings.
