Spanish group NH Hotel Group has announced it will open a Nhow property in London.
Scheduled to open in 2019, Nhow London will be located at 250 City Road in Tech City, the area around Old Street roundabout.
Designed by Foster and Partners, the eight-floor hotel will contain 190 rooms and will be part of a mixed-use development.
Facilities will include a restaurant, a bar, meeting rooms and a gym.
Nhow hotels already exist in Berlin, Milan and Rotterdam. Upcoming openings include Santiago next year, and Amsterdam in 2018 (see news, May 3).
By the end of 2018, the brand hopes to have properties in ten additional destinations.
As with other Nhow hotels, there will be an emphasis on quirky design, colour and technology. Free wifi is a brand standard.
