Hilton Worldwide will open its first Curio by Hilton hotel in the United Arab Emirates in 2018.
The two-tower Rosemont Hotel and Residences will be located on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road and will contain 450 guestrooms and 280 serviced apartments.
Business facilities will include four meeting rooms, two boardrooms and one multi-functional space for small to large meetings, conferences or events.
The hotel will also feature three restaurants, a lobby cafe, two bars, a gym, outdoor swimming pool and spa.
Hilton is first scheduled to open the Curio – A Collection by Hilton Mall of Qatar hotel next year.
The brand opened its first property in Europe, The Reichshof Hamburg, Curio - A Collection By Hilton, in the summer (see news, July 17).
