Austrian Airlines is suspending its Vienna-St Petersburg route, just three days after it launched.
The daily service began at the start of the winter season on Sunday, but has now been shelved until April 25.
From that date, Austrian will again fly daily between the two cities, using Fokker 70, Fokker 100 and Airbus A319 aircraft, reports airlineroute.net.
Outbound service OS611 will depart Vienna at 1015 and arrive in St Petersburg at 1355. Return leg OS612 will leave St Petersburg at 1445 and land in Vienna at 1635.
Last week, Austrian Airlines announced it will add a second service on to its Vienna-Tehran route in March (see news, October 20).
