Airline alliance Skyteam has opened a lounge at Hong Kong International airport.

The Skyteam Exclusive Lounge, which can seat up to 230 passengers, is located in Terminal 1 near Gate 15 and is open daily from 0530 until 0100.

Social seating area

Facilities include a VIP room; six “productivity” booths within the main seating area; four shower suites; a workstation area with three iMac terminals; free wifi; a yoga room; a noodle bar; and a botanical wall with more than 50 different plant species.

The 1,038 sqm space is the fourth Skyteam-branded lounge, joining existing lounges in London Heathrow (see news, June 2009), Istanbul Ataturk (see news, July 2013) and Sydney International (see news, January 30).

The lounge is open to first and business class passengers travelling with any Skyteam member carrier, as well as Skyteam Elite Plus members.

Individual seating area

Skyteam member airlines serving Hong Kong International are: Aeroflot, Air France, China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Garuda Indonesia, Kenya Airways, KLM, Korean Air, Vietnam Airlines and Xiamen Airlines.
