Cathay Pacific has launched a four-times weekly service to Dusseldorf this week.
The city is the Hong Kong-based airline's second destination in Germany, after Frankfurt.

Cathay has rostered a B777-300ER on the route, which launched on September 1 and operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The aircraft is configured in four classes, including premium economy, which the carrier is axeing elsewhere (see news, January 27).
For the remainder of the summer, outbound service CX375 departs Hong Kong at 0050 and lands in Dusseldorf at 0640. Return service CX376 leaves Dusseldorf at 1235 and arrives in Hong Kong at 0655 the next day.
The winter schedule will see CX375 depart Hong Kong at 0050 and land in Dusseldorf at 0715. CX376 will leave Dusseldorf at 1320 and arrives in Hong Kong at 0635 the next day.
