Qatar Airways will roster a B787-8 on to its Doha-Jakarta route this winter.
The Gulf carrier will replace the A330-200 that currently operates daily flights QR958/959 with the Dreamliner.
From October 25, outbound service QR958 will depart Doha at 1900 and land in Jakarta at 0725 the next day, while return leg QR959 will leave Jakarta at 0855 and arrive in Doha at 1330.
Qatar Airways will also operate two other daily services between the two cities this winter - QR956/957 with an A330-200 and QR954/955 with a B777-300ER, reports airlineroute.net.
Earlier this month, it emerged that the airline will remove its A319 all-business class service from its London Heathrow route later this year.
