Philippine Airlines will add a fifth weekly service on to its Manila-London Heathrow route later this year.
The carrier currently flies a four-times weekly service on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
On October 25, it will restore a fifth service back to the route, which is operated by an A340-400, on Thursdays, reports airlineroute.net.
Outbound service PR0720 departs Manila at 1300 and lands in London at 2100, with return leg PR0721 leaving LHR at 2250 and arriving in Manila at 1930 the next day.
Last October, PAL decided to indefinitely defer its European expansion plans less than a year after starting flights into London (see news, October 2014).
