Hilton Worldwide has opened its 11th Doubletree hotel in London.
Formerly the Hilton London Docklands Riverside, the 378-room property has undergone renovation and is now Doubletree by Hilton London Docklands Riverside.
The work included refurbishing the hotel's guestrooms, reception area, ferry entrance, 16 meeting rooms, restaurant, lounge bar and kitchen.

In close proximity to Olympic Park, Westfield Stratford City, Excel exhibition centre, O2 arena and London City airport, the new Doubletree is the capital's only hotel with its own pier and offers cross-river shuttle ferry to Canary Wharf Pier.
John Greenleaf, Doubletree's global head, said: "The Doubletree by Hilton London Docklands Riverside is just a two-minute ferry ride across the River Thames to Canary Wharf, one of the world's major global business districts, and near to international exhibition and event centres such as the O2 Arena and Excel London."
Hilton opened a Doubletree hotel in Nottingham earlier this year (see news, March 19).
